Some of the things we're looking for include:
- Experience marketing websites, specifically gaming sites.
- Knowledge of casual games and web-based games.
- Enjoy playing games!
- Self starter and able to do what's needed.

FreeArcade.com is looking for a Game Developer that enjoys writing casual games that millions of people will play daily! The position is for freelance or project based developers, but we are seeking a continuing relationship for future projects. Some of the things we're looking for include:
- Develop games in Flash/Shockwave.
- Experience creating games and have general knowledge of game programming.
- Knowledge with both 2D and 3D games.
- Experience creating game music a plus.
- Write quality code that is readable and reusable.
